Real Estate Firm seeking bilingual Assistant Property Manager.
Our firm deals with many Japanese clientele and require language skills in English and Japanese.
We are looking for a team player with customer service experience. A friendly and resourceful person who enjoys customer service.
Our goal is to welcome a team member that will grow with our growing company.
Main duties include - communicating with client/owners, potential tenants, current tenants, and vendors. To manage the clients' property like your own, to communicate with tenants as if they are your own tenants. Maintain property condition and assist with necessary repairs by communicating with vendors. Property management experience is not required.
Self starter, and ability to think outside of the box to solve any issues.
Proficiency in computer skills - Microsoft office programs is a must.
Must have own car to drive to appointments.
